Reece Chipman is a former Member of Parliament in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the States of New York and Florida. Reece qualified as a FINRA representative and is a Justice of The Peace in the Bahamas. Reece is past President of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants, Founding Member and Former President of The Bahamas Investments and Securities Business Association, Former Executive of the Year by Bahamas Financial Services Board, and Former Lecturer at the Eugene Dupuch Law School.

A Former Member of the Public Accounts Committee of the House of Parliament in The Bahamas, School Board Chairman, Central Bank Audit Committee Participant and Former Treasurer of Licensed Institutions in the Bahamas. Reece is a Lecturer with The National Association of Securities Training and Compliance, an Accredited Institution in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
